Flower Cupcakes and bad news

A higher offer came in on the house so unless something happens and they pull out we are still searching...

So here is my latest experiment with my new found love of decorating cupcakes:)

What you need:
One box of cake mix
Green foil liners
Colored sugar in your choice of colors
some sort of yellow candy to be the pollen in the middle (sweet factory is great)
Mini Marshmellows
Lots of time.

Cut the mini marshmellows in half diagonally

Dip the sticky side in the colored sugar

Frost the top of the cupcake with a thin layer of frosting. Line the marshmallows along the outside working your way towards the center.  Add your yellow candy to the center.

Super easy to make...Just takes a looooooong time to cut and dip all those marshmallows.

House Hunt Again...

Andrew and I have been looking at houses again.
It's exciting because since I have a more stable job our loan amount increased:)

We have looked at a bunch of houses and either we did not like them or we liked them and they already had offers on them.

We just found one that we LOVE in Wilsonville, only a couple min from there we already live. We looked at it today and will be making an offer today!

Here are some pictures. It is 4bd 4bth 2300 sq ft.  It is in this cute little neighborhood on a dead end, so it is quiet and there is no traffic.
