The house...Our house

Yes, after a year and a half of searching and numerous offers we are finally in the inspection period. Here's the story:

For the last two months we have basically been putting in an offer a week on different houses in Wilsonville (our poor Agent has put up with a lot from us and has handled everything so well. We never once felt like she was annoyed with us. And that is a feat, because I was annoyed with us). Some we have been out bid on. One countered our offer with the asking price(um no thanks). Some we just never heard back on.
Last Monday we looked at this house and made an offer that night.

It's in a Cul de Sac

The funny thing is, it is almost the EXACT layout of Aunt Leanna's house.
We have the inspection on Monday and are meeting with our loan guy tomorrow:)

Crafting

I have been busy crafting. Here are some pictures of my recent projects

I found the lace at an antique store for really cheap and the beads at Goodwill

I just hot glued ribbon onto a foam cone from Michaels

We have been looking for houses. We have a couple of offers floating out there and are still waiting to hear back. I am ready for this whole process to be over. In the mean time I will just throw myself into my crafting... I love my hot glue gun:)
