God is Faithful

Back in August I began fervently praying for 3 things:

1) That Andrew and I would FINALLY find a house. That it would be God's will. And that we would be able to use it for His ministry. (this one I had been praying for awhile, but around this time I was getting a bit more desparate)
2)That my job at the Church would go full time. (having two part time jobs was really draining and time consuming) I felt like once I had a full time job I would actually have more free time to do the things I really wanted to do
3)That once my job went full time I would find a coaching role in the Wilsonville community so that I would have a ministry to students and their families who do not know Jesus.

My Job went full time half way through October.
Found out we were pregnant in December
We moved into our new house in January.
Beginning of March felt God calling us to start our own community group out of our home in April
A week later heard back from the Director of the Wilsonville little league that they have a team that I could help coach of 11 and 12 year old girls. Season starts in April

The past 6 months have been CRAZY and full of blessings, and I don't see things slowing down anytime soon:)

12 more days until we find out if AJ is a Boy or Girl.

16 Weeks

Today I had my 16 week appointment.

It started with a blood draw to run a second screening for possible genetic disorders. The first screening looked good and I will know the results of the second screening in a few days. I am not worried though I am sure everything will be fine.

Then we saw the doctor and he weighed me (I have not gained any weight, though my waistline begs to differ) he measured my abdomen (everything looks normal) and then listened for the baby's heart rate(which also sounded normal)

So all in all it was a pretty simple appointment Dr is happy, I am feeling good,  and of course little AJ is doing well.

Next Appt is April 4th when we find out if AJ is a Boy or Girl.

14 weeks 4 days

Yay I am done with the First Trimester!
I have more energy. I am eating things other than cereal, bagels, and Jamba Juice.

The other night as I was going to bed (at 7:30) Andrew says "I thought you were going to have more energy in the second trimester. Why are you still going to bed a the same time?"
To which I responded "I may be going to bed at the same time but in the first trimester I would want to go to be at 1:00 whereas now I don't want to go to bed until 5. That's 4 hours of more energy!"

I don't think I am really showing yet. I am still wearing my regular jeans. Though I am going shopping today with my mom and sister for maternity cloths so I will be ready that one morning I wake up and nothing fits.

I still need to post pictures of the house now that we are somewhat settled.... I'm working on it.
