It was a bit!

Yesterday, we were at some friend's house and Andrew was looking at the Baby Shower invitation. At the bottom where Kelly wrote about Dany not needing any more clothes, Andrew looks up at me and says, "why did she spell her name like that?"
I looked at him like "you must be joking." I calmly reminded him that since the moment we began dating he had told me that ending girls names in I is the slutty way of spelling it. That we had discussed different ways to spell Dany to avoid using an i.
He responds, "Clearly you have never heard of stand up comedy. IT WAS A BIT! I want her name to be spelled Dani."

****Large exasperated sigh****

So her name will be spelled Dani.

(And he thinks I'm crazy)

Week 23.5

Lets start with the belly pictures(I crop my face out because I never know what to do so I just end up looking awkward):
When we found out

Week 17

Week 23.5

I was supposed to have my Dr. Appointment yesterday but I guess something crazy was going on at the hospital because they pulled 3 out of the 4 doctors that were in the office to help out. So they rescheduled me for today with a different Dr. than I regularly see.
Just an illustration of how laid back my regular Dr. is. Every other Doctor in the office has their patients do a urine test every time they come in starting at 8 weeks. Dr. Conger does not have his patients to that until 28 weeks.
I have gained a total of 9 pounds (6 pounds since my last appointment)(Dany weighs about 1.25lbs)
Heart sounds good and healthy
I registered for the Birthing Class today. They asked me who my birthing coach was and when I gave the lady a blank look she asked if I had a husband because he would probably be my birthing coach. I just laughed and said don't tell him that it will probably freak him out.
Next Appointment I have to do my diabetes test and drink lemon lime "GluCola." Those doctors... they are so clever.
Fun Fact (that would probably embarrass Andrew that I am writing this, but I have never had an issue with getting embarrassed) I have always had an extremely deep belly button. We're talking deep. If I were to put my finger in my belly button I could not touch the bottom and and my finger would be covered up to the first knuckle. Well now, not only can I touch the bottom I can SEE it! I have a feeling I will have one massive done button come 40 weeks.
This is my latest craft project for the nursery. I found these two pillows and plain pink receiving blanket at good will for $5 total. I Cut up the blanket and made some fabric roses with some pearl beads I had for the center of the flowers. Then I hot glued them on.
Right now they are on the rocking chair in the nursery but I have them for sale on Etsy. Why not try and make some money right?
