So the reason they were dragging their feet to approve us is because they thought my income was too unstable since my hours at target fluctuate from week to week, and since my babysitting is under the table they can't considerate it.
Then last week the house dropped in price down to 179,500. So we emailed Bob and he reran the numbers using only Andrew's income and we were approved! So he is now waiting on the final documents to come through and as soon as they do we will be making an offer. Until then pray that no other offers come in and that everything happens smoothly.
