After waiting all day Saturday, we found out that the listing agent hadn't yet showed our offer to the sellers because they were out of town. But they would be coming back into town Monday so Tuesday the sellers would review all the offers.
Tuesday afternoon we found out that there were 3 other offers on the table and 2 of them were higher than ours.
So we are moving on to other houses. I am a little disappointed but for the most part I am ok with it. I really didn't like the house, but I really liked the location and the yard. We have found a couple of houses that we like that are just a little out of our budget. So for right now were are gathering houses we like and just watching to see what they do and if they come down in price at all.
And so it all begins again. What a roller coaster.

ReplyDeleteOh boy... Just think how much BETTER the house you end up in will be than that house. Loosing this house is like breaking up with a bad boyfriend.... hard, but it gets you one step closer to your husband.
