We had our inspection this afternoon.
It went pretty well from what I could see. We do need to have a roofer come and look at the roof. There were some week spots that were found but the guy did not think there were any leaks. We will know more once the roofer looks at it.
The water heater is getting old and will probably need to be replaced soon.
But the good news is...
We are moving forward and will be scheduling the appraisal soon.

ReplyDeleteWow! This is so exciting! We just went through this whole process over the last two years... yes, TWO! And we ended up offering one about 4-5 houses. I hope the appraisal goes well! Also, about sprainting bottles: I was nervous the paint wouldn't stick too, but I was pleasantly surprised. It might be the type of glass or the type of spray paint. I used Rustoleum brand. Also, you may want to try a spray primer. Because even if that runs or bubbles or something weird, hopefully the colored paint will stick to that and look even. Let me know how it goes!
